What are some good biblical type names?

My husband like biblical names and I like really unique names. So too me a name like Joseph or Elizabeth just isn’t what I am going for. Can anyone think of a cool first name middle name combo. I have heard names like Eden Rayne and Caleb Israel and Judea Malachi and they seem more interesting than others. Any ideas on unique baby names? boys and girls?

IMO, boys names are easier:

Caleb
Luke
Micah
Jonah
Jude
Samson
Eli
Seth
Cain
Levi

For combos:

Israel Seth
Eli Jonah
Levi Caleb

Biblical names for girls are a little harder. I like Elisabeth alot. Eden is a pretty name and has the biblical association. Some other ideas:

Ariel
Acacia
Magdalene (nn Maggie)
Adah or Ada
Delilah
Genesis
Keila
Leah
Mahalia
Moriah
Phoebe
Salome (love this as a middle name. Pron. Saul-O-may)
Zipporah

For first and middle name combos:

Leah Salome
Zipporah Genesis
Ada Magdalene

I like Malachi Seth for a boy. I’m not really sure on girls. Maybe do a unique first name with Elizabeth. Rosalie Elizabeth?

  6. Jeshua is a really cool twist on Joshua and it’s totally unique…For girls especially, I’ve always thought it was cool to take a Biblical word and use it in a different language instead of using common biblical names..

    Jeshua Aaron
    Judah Gabriel
    Eli Jonah
    Tove (means goodness) Aaron
Elijah Luke *I know Elijah is more common

    Charis (Care-iss; means grace) Olivia
    Lydia Claire

    Hope that helps…

I really like Caleb (my brother’s name <3) Israel. Some names I
like for boys are Hezekiah James, Josiah Gabriel, Ezekiel Thomas
Zedekiah James, Jedediah Gabriel & Jeremiah Nathaniel. For girls,
I like Miriam Grace, Eden Rebecca, Danielle (girl version of Daniel) Eden
&, my favorite, Esther Grace. I hope you find a name you and your
husband like. Good luck, God bless and best wishes!!!
