    For starters, here are some more or less traditional, solid names:

    David, Duane/Dwane/Dwayne, Derek/Derrick, Douglas. Dean, Devon, and we’ll wrap up this thread with Donald.

    Some more exotic: DeWayne, DeForrest (Dr, McCoy on "Star Trek:), Dante (this was the name of a student when I was in high school), Dion/Deon, Dino (as in Kartsanakis, a world class pianist), or possibly DeAngelo.

    I really can’t think of any more than these but there must be extra names. Don’t forget to google for "baby names" and you should find lots more. Best wishes!
